The challenge
Bookings arrived on WhatsApp. Drivers had no shared view of jobs. Fares were argued after the trip because nobody had a locked quote before pickup.
The solution
React Native apps for rider and driver, plus a web console for ops. Dispatch assigned nearby drivers, trips ran on a status machine, and the fare was shown before confirm. Payments went through the processor the client already used.
