The challenge
OTC USDT trades were arranged in chat with screenshot “proof”. Disputes had no escrow and no audit trail, and support could not reconstruct a trade.
The solution
An order book, escrow flow, in-trade chat, and an admin dispute desk. Wallet events were idempotent. KYC was handed to the client’s provider. We did not custody user funds on our own books.
