The challenge
Delivery, customer updates, and month-end billing lived in spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Nobody had a live view of work in progress, and errors showed up only when invoices were raised.
The solution
We mapped the real workflow, then shipped a Next.js + PostgreSQL platform with staff roles, job status, and an integration path into the finance tools they already used. First release covered the painful path only — not a 40-module rewrite.
