The collection lived on-chain but secondary trades were OTC in Discord. No on-platform listing, royalty enforcement, or order history.
The solution
A Next.js marketplace: wallet connect, listings, bid/buy, and royalty payouts per the contract. Metadata on IPFS. We did not run a custodial wallet.
