The challenge
Matching used spreadsheets and memory. Criteria were inconsistent between coordinators, and there was no audit of why a pair was suggested.
The solution
A rules-plus-model assist: structured intake, ranked suggestions, and a required clinician accept/reject with reason. PHI stayed in the clinic’s environment. We did not claim medical-device clearance.
