Patient and staff portal around an existing clinic workflow

The challenge

Patients repeated information at every touchpoint. Staff re-keyed appointments and documents across tools. A video link without identity or a note trail was being used as 'telehealth'.

The solution

We built a patient portal and a staff console with roles, appointment reminders, and document upload. Telehealth sessions were tied to the visit record. Hosting and access rules were designed so the clinic’s privacy program could sit on top — we did not claim a certification we do not hold.
