The challenge
Front desk used a notebook for attendance. Memberships expired unnoticed. Class capacity was a WhatsApp poll, and billing lived in a separate spreadsheet.
The solution
Member app and staff console: plans, subscription billing, class schedules, check-in, and trainer assignment. Freeze and cancel flows so support did not edit the database by hand.
