The challenge
Onboarding packets and payment exceptions lived in email. Product, finance, and support each had a different picture of 'what happened', and partner API timeouts created tickets nobody could replay.
The solution
We delivered an operations console with role separation, an audit trail for sensitive actions, and idempotent job handling for payment provider events. Card data stayed with the processor.
