The challenge
Dispatchers asked for ETA by phone. Drivers would not use a heavy TMS screen. Customer updates were inconsistent, and there was no simple proof of delivery capture.
The solution
We shipped a lightweight React Native app for status, location events where GPS was available, and photo POD. A later increment added an LLM draft for customer SMS that a dispatcher must approve — not an unsupervised bot.
