The challenge
The brand sold on a slow mobile web. Cart drop-off was blamed on checkout, but login and address entry on a tiny form were the real friction.
The solution
React Native app: catalogue, search, cart, saved addresses, and checkout via the existing payment gateway. Admin reused the web catalogue API so stock was not duplicated.
