The challenge
Patients called the front desk. Double-booking happened when two receptionists wrote in different diaries, and no-shows had no reminder trail.
The solution
Patient app and staff console: doctor schedules, slot booking, reminders, and visit notes attached to the appointment. Hosting and access rules were designed for the clinic’s privacy programme — we did not claim a certification we do not hold.
