The challenge
The merchant wanted on-chain payments without teaching every customer a wallet workflow, and finance still needed a fiat-shaped settlement report. Off-the-shelf plugins dropped failed transactions with no replay and no ops view.
The solution
We built a hosted checkout, webhook delivery, and an operations console for exceptions. On-chain monitoring was idempotent so a delayed confirmation did not double-credit. The client remained the merchant of record; we did not custody funds.
