1) One job-to-be-done. 2) Who is the tenant — a company, a team, or a user? 3) How money is collected. 4) The screens for that job. 5) Admin so you can support people.
Skip a public API until a customer asks. Skip a native app until retention on web is real.
Architecture choices
Row-level tenancy is enough for many B2B tools. Hard isolation costs more and is for stricter customers.
Stripe (or equivalent) for billing unless you have a reason to be a merchant of record in a special way.
